Lighting and its help
The ability to stop a thief is easier than one might think. Sure having a nice security system and signs everywhere in your yard are a great deterant to any would be thieves, but there are other simple methods that can help improve your chances of not being broken into.
Lighting plays a big role in theft deterant. Dusk til Dawn lights installed in areas around your home where a thief may enter your home will more than likely keep them away. Being seen is the last thing a thief wants, so the more lights you have the better.
Security lights that are movement sensitive will turn on when they sense movement and will attract any attention from anyone who may be around and will even wake neighboring dogs along with you the home owner as well. Consider lighting to help keep away thieves.
